These team names can be a bit confusing because they are not usually referred to by these names in the media. So..
BQR is Bluesens, the team that is allied with Paris Hilton in the 125cc class. They run Yonny Hernandez and Estev Rabat in the Moto2 class. Keifer is the team presently running Moto2 leader, Stefan Bradl. Marc VDS runs Mika Kallio and Scott Redding and has tested with Australian, Damian Cudlin. Of all the teams, Marc VDS is seen to be the best prepared so far for 2012. Paddock GP is better known as Interwetten and runs Thomas Luthi in Moto2. Speedmaster, probably the best funded team runs Andrea Iannone in Moto2.
The riders mentioned are all expected to graduate to MotoGp with their teams (incidentally, the FIM is apparently stubbornly resisting the current trend of calling the 2012 formula as Moto1)
Now, bear in mind that these teams are all CRT teams. There is still room in the formula for FACTORY teams to enter, and it is understood that at least one organisation (Norton) is toying with the idea. Don’t hold your breath waiting for that to happen, however. Factory teams will be required to run full prototype bikes and, knowing how much it costs to do that (and nobody really does) I can’t see any manufacturer putting up their hand to sink millions into this venture.
