While the Suzuki MotoGp squad was testing at PI last week (see below) the Alstare Suzuki WSBK squad was there testing as well. Riding unbranded bikes the two team riders, Max Neukirchner and Yukio Kagayama, put in lots of laps on the new 2009 challenger.
I guess it was inevitable that the two different types of bikes would end up sharing the track, but I’d like to hear from anyone who has a picture of a WSBK bike AND a MotoGp bike on the track together.
It DID happen, as this photo proves. As I said, not something that you’re likely to see every day. Would LOVE to know how the lap times compared, though!!
