Honda have announced the 2011 CBR250R. In one of several “firsts”, the bike will come with ABS as standard – sure to be a big selling point in this highly competitive market segment.
It is an all-new package and will be built in Honda’s giant manufacturing in Thailand (that last year churned out 18 million bikes)
Th restyle has strong family ties to the VFR1200, a controversial move given the initial reaction to the big bike at its launch. But the VFR has sold well, so expect to see its styling cues pop up on other Honda models in the future.
Let the two-fiddy wars continue.

And, in other Honda news, Big Red is expected to debut its new, 800cc adventure bike, next week at EICMA. Interesting times are ahead.

That exhaust might just weigh more than the whole bike!!!

True, but it can hopefully be replaced with something lighter.
