No, not…
…but, Keep It Simple, Stupid.
It’s amazing, but, no matter how many times I tour, I always seem to take too much stuff. Ad, when I get home I find stuff in my bag that I didn’t use, didn’t need and could have safely left at home.
I thought I packed pretty well this time, but even this trip I took some bits and pieces that I could have easily left at home.
One day I’m going to do a K.I.S.S. tour and just take the clothes I stand up in and my wet weather gear. Knowing my luck that will be the time that I actually DO need something that I’d left behind. What is the saying, “Murphy was an optimist.” ?

I’m the same, always pack way too much stuff & usually what i need in a hurry is right on the bottom of my Gearsack.
Lost a few things in my time as well, like ocky straps snapping & not knowing about it till the next stop when half your stuff is M.I.A.
It’s all part of the wonderful world of the touring motorcyclist.

Yeah, M.I.A. I like that. I accidentally left the lid of the tank bag open and lost a 35mm film container with my spare earplugs in it; bugger.
