This weekend is an extremely important one for motorcyclists in Australia. It marks the 100th Anniversary of the first Australian Grand Prix, held on a closed public road course at Goulburn, NSW, on the 23rd of June 1924. I will include a link to the official web site so that you can read all about it but I am hoping to take a run down there tomorrow (in the car – anyone who rides to Goulburn in Winter is seriously demented) and bring you a report and some pictures.
Speaking of riding, I managed to sneak in another short ride yesterday, I am building up my endurance and so far if seems to be working out quite well. (Relive link below)
Pieces keep falling into place for the 2025 MotoGp season, seriously, if ever you wanted to know why it is called the Silly Season you just need to look at the media circus that has erupted since the last race meeting, and this season isn’t even half way over yet!
Here’s the link to the 100th Anniversary site.
