I wanted to pen a report on my 3 day tour last weekend, but I’m waiting on some photos from another participant so I’ll hold it back until I have them.
Suffice it to say that I had a great time, covering 1647 kms in the 3 days and seeing some great sights.
Autumn is really the perfect time to ride.
I’m also updating the web site with a few new pages including a piece on what’s happening to NSW country towns. It’s done.
Ride safe.
Oh, and by the way. I had to adjust my chain this morning. So what, you might say? Well, when I bought the bike in September last year, one of the things that I noticed was that the owner had recently (some 2 years but only a couple of thousand kms ago) fitted a DID Gold Link chain.
Well, some 22000kms later I have had to adjust it for the FIRST TIME since I bought the bike. Yep, 22k without an adjustment; regular claning and lubing, of course, but it certainly shows that you get what you pay for.
