After 2 days of WordCamp on the Gold Coast I am totally geeked-out. In spite of being worried about the technological side of the thing, I needn’t have worried. There was a distinctly “human” face to the whole thing which I greatly appreciated. I met some lovely people and made some new friends and the time was very well spent. Thanks to Chris Mundy who helped me get there, very much appreciated.
I am now relaxing at the lovely Gold Coast home of an old road racing mate of mine and I’ll be catching the plane back to Sydney tomorrow afternoon. Cheese and crackers are all prepared for a night watching the MotoGp telecast, couldn’t get better, really.
The little laptop has got quite a workout this weekend, too. A great little gizmo.
