Note that the FIM is presupposing that the Hungarian track won’t be ready (again) and are assuming that Aragon will get the round. Not also that they still haven’t figured out how “cost saving” NOT, it is to have two rounds in the USA separated by a round in Europe which will require the whole circus to fly back to Brno and then back to the USA again. I mean, get a life, guys. They couldn’t organise a booze-up in a mine on pay day.

Phil,
Agree with you on the comments about USA.
Talk about reducing costs with ” X” Number of motors per season, and then have to fly the teams, bike and all support equipment twice across the Atlantic.
I just cannot understand how they justify that calendar.
Of course, two races back to back in USa , may dilute the crowds. Still though, who would want to fly from say, New York to Laguna Seca , then a few weeks later, travel to Indy ?
Only for the fool hardy or mega rich.
Of course, its the same as having Japan where it is. Many years ago, Japan was season opener, then they came to Australia and across to Laguna Seca.
Then Japan changed to October, and they could do Japan, Australia, Malaysia(or vice versa).
Now, an expensive trip all the way to Japan for a one off race.
No wonder they are losing teams. Just cannot afford to get sponsorship to cover all of that.
Oh yes..What date is the Spanish Grand Prix on ?

Couldn’t agree more. Which Spanish Grand Prix of the 4 do you mean?
